Training with the team is more intense than recreational classes as we focus on solid technique, positive mindset and we our classes with a holistic and nurturing approach that is the heart of what we do. We aim to develop strong, confident dancers and performers and that starts with healthy practices from mindset to movement.

This training is for individuals that want to prepare for a potential career in the arts. We prepare students for auditions, the industry and dance and performing arts colleges.
